We’ll discuss HR programs such as leadership selection (assessment centers, testing, structured interviews, agency recruiting, I/O Psychologists assistance), Pre-Leader/Hi-Potential development and selection, Talent Planning  & Development, and Leadership Training. If anyone missed the May meeting, we’ll have extra copies of the book, Gung Ho, which we’ll review the book and company initiative by Hub International at our next meeting in August. We’ll also discuss the calendar of topics for the upcoming “season” of the HR roundtable beginning in September
