This is about the people, processes and policies your organization will use to ensure that your data is well-formed, secure, appropriately available, etc. Until the question of data governance is addressed, all the technology, brilliant IT personnel, and slick dimensional modeling in the world won't make your BI initiative successful.

July's ITA Business Intelligence Roundtable will focus on best practices in data governance. This will be a true roundtable session. No speaker. No PowerPoint (well, at least very little PowerPoint).
