In cooperation with the Illinois Technology Foundation (ITF), the philanthropic arm of the ITA, we are pleased to support Illinois' students through the ITA Student Membership Program.

Student membership is available to all students of accredited secondary education programs.  Student membership benefits include:

Intern Program: Available to full-time student members, ITA actively pursues internship opportunities with ITA member companies and members from the Information Technology Executive Exchange (ITEEx).

Mentor Program:  ITA enlists and trains executive mentors from local technology firms to be available for interested student members through:

• Workshop/Seminars Mixers: The Foundation hosts at least four (4) workshop/seminar mixers per year. Each workshop focuses on a particular topic of interest to the students. Topics could include industry trends, industry success stories, etc. The events are open to student members only.
  
• Executive Roundtables:  The Foundation solicits executive member volunteers to host breakfast/lunch/dinners with 5-6 students. The intent of the program is to allow students to meet with seniors executives on a more intimate basis.
  
• ITA General Meetings: All students will be eligible to attend all Illinois Technology Association general admission events. ITA conducts hundreds of annual meetings on a variety of subjects like marketing, SaaS, Mobile, Healthcare technology, etc.

Recognition Programs: There are a number of annual recognition programs that we undertake to support our student members including:

• 50 for the Future: In its 5th year, the Fifty for the Future programs selects 50 students annually who are the most promising students with an interest and demonstrated career potential in technology.
• ITA Fall Challenge: ITA visits several of the local top-ranking technology universities each year, educating students on our amazing member companies and inviting you to take a ‘challenge’ with the top performing student earning a cash prize! 

ITA student membership is free of charge.  Simply complete the form and specify your student status.  You must be a current student in an accredited program in order to qualify for this membership.
