We are so excited to introduce the ITA All Stars program to fill just that gap!
Working with Alumni groups from top universities, All Stars offers ITA Member Companies the opportunity to extend the awareness of their organization, reach more candidates, and hire the right people, all through a platform to help companies create a customized hiring process that works.
ITA is partnering with Hireology, a web-based comprehensive hiring system, centralized candidate tracking tool, built on years of insight into successful hiring practices, that has been analyzed to help companies choose the right candidate for the company, the job, and their unique culture. ITAwill promote all open positions of All Stars companies, for the year, across all job types, including:
Companies participating in All Stars will receive the following benefits, on an annual basis:
- Unlimited number of jobs on the ITA TalentBoard utilizing Hireology, with priority online placement and logo positioning on the ITA website
- Representation at a minimum of 2 Alumni Career Fairs in Chicago per year, targeting top universities
- ITA will notify local Alumni associations and Professional groups on open positions on a monthly basis, generating awareness of the AllStars companies, via social media outlets, meetups, and other virtual sources
- ITA will complete all registrations for the Career Fairs, man the booth, provide information on participating companies and refer candidates to the TalentBoard
- ITA will host a career fair night at TechNexus. All Stars companies can set up their own table, provide information, or even schedule interviews that evening in TechNexus huddle rooms.
- AllStars companies will also be represented at Student and Alumni Careers at 11 Illinois universities, one each in the Fall and Spring semesters. Universities included are:
- University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign
- University of Illinois - Chicago
- University of Chicago
- Southern Illinois University
- Northwestern
- Northern Illinois University
- Loyola
- Illinois State University
- Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT)
- DePaul
- Bradley
All Stars is open to ITA Member Companies only, to a maximum of 5 each calendar year. The fee is fixed at $10,000 per year. All AllStars companies must be current member of the ITA.
