The 2011 ITA Compensation/Salary Survey was conducted during December 2011 and January 2012. The report is now available! 

All data are pooled and the results are presented in aggregate to maintain company anonymity.

The 2011 ITA Compensation/Salary Survey was completed in February 2012 and provides technology companies with relevant, timely, and insightful data to make compensation decisions.

The survey had 209 respondents and requested salary and non-salary compensation information for 94 separate positions which are common to many Illinois-based technology companies.

The full report, which includes the breakdown of compensation statistics by title, is available to all companies who participated in the survey at no charge. The executive summary is made available to all ITA member companies as a benefit of membership.
