Technology grads have lots of options when starting their careers, with local opportunities multiplying! 

The Illinois Technology Association (ITA) has developed a program to introduce you to a great group of companies located right here in Illinois who are looking for great talent to grow their businesses.  And, we have a challenge for you, with the top 3 finalists receiving a $5,000, $2,500, and $1,000 cash prize!

Did you know there are 4,500 technology companies and 275,000 technology professionals in Illinois?  GrubHub.com, Groupon, Allscripts, Backstop Solutions, Centro, MPS Partners, and Redpoint Technologies are leading the growth and looking for great technologists.  And ITA is making the introduction!

Watch for announcements about the ITA Fall Challenge coming to your campus, or see our schedule.  You can also contact your University’s CS/CE faculty and staff for the latest info.

Come visit the ITA and some of the tech company executives in our region when we visit your campus.  There, you can give us your resume and take the Fall Challenge qualifying exam.   Qualifying students from the on-campus  exam will be invited to the Final Challenge, held in downtown Chicago in November.  The top students from each participating university will then compete at the Final Challenge, with the top 3 scores earning cash prizes.  Participating companies will conduct interviews at the Final Challenge and ITA has set up a great networking opportunity with some of the leaders of the local community tech industry.
