Illinois Technology Association is a registered 501(c)6 organization, and our efforts are overseen by a dynamic group of experts from a wide variety of fields within technology, academia, entrepreneurs, and government. The Board of Directors oversees the direction and management of the association collectively and through a delegated Executive Committee and a sub-committee structure.

All programs and services are developed at the behest of members and all members are encouraged to present ideas and get involved in the association committees.

The by-laws of the organization are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. ITA bylaws are below.
