"The insight from the executives at the scrum saved me 3-6 months of experimenting to get what we needed for the answer."We know it takes a village to grow great companies, and one of the many great things about our community is our willingness to help each other out. When one wins, we all win.
Sometimes the best way to get to an answer is to bring a group of experienced executives together to debate and provide insight.
We call these ITA Scrums. ITA Scrums bring together members of our curated network of individuals and their tremendous experience to help address the top issues your company faces. Each scrum takes about two hours. You come in with a 20-30 minute presentation of your company and its opportunity/challenge. Thenthe team, you included, spends up to 90 minutes debating and discussing to come up with a great approach. You walk away from the scrum with the insight of varied individuals and experiences.
This process can save you months of time finding the insight and advice you need to move forward. The participants get a chance to support others and develop new relationships. It’s a win for everyone. Past scrums have included:
- Deciding which market to tackle next when faced with multiple options
- Deciding the overall pricing strategy for a service business
- Working on the correct corporate culture
- Debating the potential acquisition opportunities for a company
