All ITA member companies will have access to the TalentBoard, powered by Hireology, to post open positions based on their membership type. Each position listed is allotted a 3-month listing period. Following are the allotted postings for 2013, based on membership profile:
- Industry Member 1-9 Employees: 1 position *
- Industry Member 10-19 Employees: 3 jobs *
- Industry Member 20-49 Employees: 6 jobs *
- Industry Member <50 Employees: 9 jobs
- Industry Member 50-125 Employees: 15 jobs
- Industry Member 126-250 Employees: 21 jobs
- Industry Member 250-500 Employees: 30 jobs
- Industry Member 500+ Employees: 50 jobs
Additional postings beyond the guidelines are available at a rate of $250 per posting.
