.ITA Fall Challenge:
The ITA Fall Challenge
is a technology skills tournament, visiting top-ranking technology
universities in the area, educating students on our amazing member
companies and inviting them to take the ‘challenge’! We bring together
the top performers and host the Final Challenge in downtown Chicago,
offering participating companies interview access and cash prizes to the
top students. Talent Attraction:
We work to develop a rich channel of candidates for you! ITA has partnered with TechFetch, Uncubed, and local Alumni Associations to build the awareness of your company and opportunities, expanding your reach. ITA Member Companies receive discounts to all partner events. ITA Talent Insights:
ITA Talent Insights provides member companies with information on talent
trends and issues, provided through ITA partnerships.
CareerBuilder has partnered with ITA to provide Supply & Demand
& Compensation Analysis reports for member companies, updated on a
quarterly basis. Through our partnership with Hireology, information on
trends in recruiting and retaining talent is provided, and so much more.
ITA Talent Database:
The ITA Talent Database
is a reservoir of professional profiles from those looking for new career opportunities. All are welcome to submit their profiles and resumes, accessible only to ITA TalentBoard sponsors. The Database includes all levels of experience, from internships to C-level executives, across all functional areas. Profiles number in the 1,700+ with more resumes being submitted daily. ITA Talent Leadership Board: The Board
is facilitating an ongoing discussion between industry, education, government and civic organizations, ensuring graduates are attracted to the local technology industry. Civic organizations and government leaders will gain critical insights to the decision-making process of students and companies, using this information to continue to position Chicago and Illinois as a technology industry hub.
