How do we ensure we are reaching as diverse of a talent pool as possible? It is a question that Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and HR professionals get asked a lot. Some have great answers for it. Most do not.

Tom Alexander, CEO, Holistic

Tom Alexander is Founder and CEO of Holistic, a people analytics company, devoted to the improvement of the employee experience and helping companies grow by developing a roadmap and timeline for positive change. His role includes complete operation of the young start-up. His work is centered around inclusion, and the fostering of a more diverse, more equitable, more inclusive world. Tom has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Chicago and a master’s in public policy administration from Northwestern University.


Matt Massucci, CEO, Hirewell

Matt Massucci is the Founder and CEO of Hirewell, a Chicago-based Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Solutions Provider. Matt started Hirewell to approach talent acquisition in a relationship-focused, process- and results-oriented way. He has deep experience in executive search and designing and delivering outsourced solutions for top organizations on a national level. He prides himself on the ability to identify and develop solutions for clients in order to create the highest-caliber experience possible and fulfill their growth plans. He graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign).
