Join ITA, Amazon Web Services, Breakfree Solutions and ServerCentral Turing Group, alongside other expert speakers for an exciting half day program on the most relevant topics in technology today to become a future ready technology leader. During this program, made up of short, interactive conversations, you’ll walk away with a sense of what’s most pressing, gain new connections, and takeaways that you can adapt and implement immediately.
Spend the morning away from the office and join expert speakers to get in-person insights from those who have lived through it! You’ll also get the opportunity to interact with your peers before, after and during breaks in the programming, enriching the discussion even further.
8:30 – 9:00am – Check in & breakfast
9:00 – 9:50am – Hybrid, Single, Multi, Private and Public Cloud: How to Determine Which Cloud Strategy is Right for Your Organization, presented by Eric Dynowski, CTO at ServerCentral Turing Group
There’s no single definition of what “the cloud” looks like. Its many possible variations can improve an assortment of business challenges, but also add complexity. Developing a cloud strategy specific to your company is the easiest step to skip, but it’s the most important one not to. Eric Dynowski will discuss how to build a cloud strategy that’s right for your business.
9:50 – 10:25am – Interview: How Technology & Recruiting Go Hand-In-Hand, with Amin Rasooli and Reza Rooholamini of CCC Information Services
10:25 – 10:35am – Networking Break
10:35 – 11:15am – The Framework for Instituting and Scaling DevOps, presented by Bradley Clerkin, CTO at Breakfree Solutions
- An in-depth look at how to scale DevOps across across enterprise organizations in order to fully realize the benefits of cloud computing, and the substantial impacts of automation, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and cloud platform solutions.
11:15 – 12:00 pm – Optimizing Cost and Performance of Machine Learning Deployments, presented by Shashank Prasanna, Sr. Technical Evangelist, AI/ML at Amazon Web Services
- Developers spend much time and effort delivering machine learning models that meet latency and throughput requirements. Deploying models at scale can be cost prohibitive due to the need for hardware acceleration, and deploying to low-power edge devices can be challenging due to memory and processing power constraints. In this session, we'll take a closer look at how you can use Amazon SageMaker Neo to automatically optimize and compile models for inference on CPUs, GPUs and edge hardware devices to run up to two times faster. We'll also take a closer look at how you can add low-cost GPU-powered acceleration to deployment instances to reduce the cost of running deep learning inference by up to 75%.
12:00 – 1:00pm – Lunch and networking
