In today’s performance economy, defining, managing and delivering the customer’s desired business outcomes has risen to be a critical piece of the customer management puzzle. Customers partner with suppliers because they are looking for ways to advance their business strategies and processes to stay competitive and grow. The outcome is everything! 


Customer Success has been tasked with ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes, but it all starts in the sales process. Business Outcome Management is a core competency that provides a better venue for aligning Sales and Customer Success teams to what matters most to the customer. 


In this session, Dave Duke and Drew Kelley of MetaCX will define Business Outcome Management, outline a framework for using it within your organization and discuss how it can become a key lever for driving better alignment between Sales and Customer Success teams and Customers themselves.
