Are you in tune with your emotions and the emotions of those you work with? Emotional intelligence (EI) not only enables you to understand your own emotions, but also helps you acknowledge and influence the emotions of others. The Junto Institute team has found that EI is one skill where most founders and executive leaders struggle most, and they are here to help!
During this virtual session, you’ll cover what is arguably the most critical set of skills a leader can possess, and what is the single biggest predictor of effective leadership. Leaders that have a strong EI are able to navigate relationships more effectively and are more likely to find themselves on the path to success. A stronger EI can help you more successfully coach your team, share feedback, collaborate and manage stress.
- The 16 building blocks of emotionally intelligent leadership
- The science and complexity behind EI
- How you can consciously practice it on a daily basis
- Why and how it will make you a better leader
