This applies to big and small businesses alike. You would go back from the workshop with relevant frameworks to implement the ideas you learnt.
Who should attend?: C level executives of companies with 10-250 employees or vice presidents with teams of 10-250 members who are seeking to sharpen their execution and getting traction towards achieving their vision.

Meet the Speaker:
Paul Leroue, Wipfli
Paul brings 35 years of experience as an executive leader, both in executive positions with Coors Brewing Company and Reebok International over a period of 12 years, and then building and owning entrepreneurial businesses from start-up to $250m over the last 24 years. He has operated on the front lines and is an experienced leader with a proven success record of leading organizations and teams to increased revenue, bottom-line results, renewed brand velocity and outstanding overall performance.
Paul’s expertise lies in the areas of organizational development, leadership development, strategic planning and classical brand marketing.
EOS Implementer - Paul is a professional implementer of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). EOS is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs get what they wants from their businesses.
With a love for travel and a fan of great music, Paul is also active in the community. He has served as Board Chair for Rachel’s Challenge. Paul is married to his wife Vicki and has two sons, Matt and Ken.
