We are Americaneagle.com! No…we don’t sell jeans, but we DO design and develop websites that sell many different products, along with providing web design, development, strategy and hosting services for all kinds of organizations, locally and globally, in many different industries.
In 25 words or less, what is Americaneagle.com all about?
Americaneagle.com provides online solutions that fulfill the business objectives and goals of our customers. They tell us what they want, we listen and deliver.
What problem do you solve and how do you address it better than the competition?
Most companies and organizations have a difficult time figuring out what they want with their web presence. We get to know their business, collaborate with our customers, and come up with anwell-thought-out plan to produce a results-oriented website. We also host the sites we build as well as providing monthly retainers to improve and evolve the website continually.
How did you get started?
The company, initially in software development, was started in the basement of the founder’s house. It truly was and remains a family-owned and operated business.
How has your company culture evolved as Americaneagle.com has grown?
Many of our internal processes have evolved through our experiences, and we’re proud to foster an entrepreneurial spirit that allows our employees to come up with logical, creative ways to help our customers succeed.
What are your primary goals for Americaneagle.com?
Our primary goals include exceeding the expectations our customers have for their website and increasing their success year after year through constant innovation.
Where do you see Americaneagle.com in two years? Five? Ten?
We’ve grown every year since we started, so in two, five, or ten years we look to continue this growth.
What’s the No. 1 thing on your to-do list?
Make sure our customers are succeeding. If they are getting fantastic results, they’ll continue to trust us with their web presence.
In your opinion, what are some of the pros and cons of being an Illinois business?
As a company with 400 employees, 300+ which are based here in Illinois, the pros include working in a state with many excellent universities that produce a vast pool of talent as well as the fact that many Fortune 500 companies are based here, which is excellent for our business. Cons? It gets a bit chilly in the winter!
What are the most significant challenges you face as you scale your business?
As with most businesses, the balance of hiring well-qualified, talented employees to keep up with ongoing projects and a growing customer base that is looking to us for continual improvement is a great challenge to which we look forward.
