Approach Your Large-Scale Hiring Needs As a Strategic Initiative

Here’s a story you probably know, you’re hiring a handful of people, and so it’s easy to overlook certain things. You may even get away with it in small doses. But kicking off a large-scale hiring initiative is a different story entirely.   2. Do you have a good story to tell? You need everyone involved to be on the same page. The message needs to start at the top, where are we going and how are we going to get there? That story needs to be told by everyone in the organization. Top talent will have plenty of opportunities. They need to understand why this opportunity stands above the rest.
  3. How are you going to execute the plan? Do you and everyone involved know what you’re hiring for? Can you explain what you’re hiring for? Who is going to handle the each part of the recruiting process? And can everyone explain the hiring process and how it’s going to be executed?
