The ITA Tech Challenge is celebrating a milestone of 10 years in the market this coming fall with the newest edition of the long-standing program. Over the years, the challenge has pushed the boundaries by growing and transforming as the needs for talent have changed and evolved.
This year we are making the biggest change to the format of the program, ever. For the 10 year anniversary, we are answering the call for more diversity and women in technical roles by producing the first-ever coding competition exclusively for female-identifying students in universities across the country and we want you to be a part of this landmark opportunity and change in the program. In the nine years that the program has existed, it has introduced over 3000 university students to the Chicago tech community. This number is vast with sponsors receiving face time and networking opportunities with an astounding catalog of bright and promising coders.
This year may prove to be our most consequential yet, however. With over 40 universities expected to participate, the first-of-its-kind program will connect female tech leaders within Chicago's most innovative organizations with the best gender-diverse tech talent from across the country. This concentration of female-identifying tech talent simply cannot be replicated outside of the Challenge in the marketplace at this time and companies are recognizing this reality through sponsorship.
Don't miss out on your opportunity to join the likes of Coyote Logistics, Chicago Trading Company, Peak6 and Transunion in sponsoring this year's program. These sponsorships will not only provide you with mentorship and access but also will prove to be invaluable in driving diversity across the Chicago tech ecosystem.
