It may be difficult to believe, but less than two years ago professional development was not part of the ITA portfolio. In a brief period, our professional development offerings have become synonymous and inextricably linked to our brand and member engagement. Programs such as our New Manager Training every quarter continue to be some of our most popular and in-demand. So we are responding to that demand and further evolving our slate in 2018.
ITA may have spent 2017 stepping up our professional development game with offerings such as our first certification course through a partnership with CompTIA, but we are going to do even more in 2018. For the first time, we have the entire roadmap of events and offerings for the year available to our members(just ask). Additionally, ITA will elevate our professional development opportunities and offerings by providing continuity, consistency and customization. More so ever, we are looking to provide our members with the type of development opportunities they are looking for and we are actively tailoring and tweaking programs according to the feedback we have received from you.
Part of these enhancements included bringing in a seasoned facilitator to teach our wildly popular New Manager training and our newly implemented Stronger Leaders workshop. Kirsten Ramos, President of Elevate Performance Solutions, was a colleague of mine at a previous role and one of the best facilitators with which I have worked. She is passionate about training and development and was an obvious partner to help us meet the needs of our members' professional development training. She will work with you to determine the best approach based on your needs.
Kirsten offers customized training solutions in a wide range of practical business management topic areas. Additionally, Kirsten is offering 20% off her services to any ITA member. Please reach out to Trisha at email@example.com for an introduction.
