Originally from Houston, Gary brings his Texas-sized personality to the table to help drive ITA’s marketing programs, including our digital presence on the website, social and email. With a formal degree in English and a background in development, he harnesses creativity and technical know-how to elevate the ITA brand and its members. An avid bike commuter and fitness enthusiast, he enjoys rides along the lake and weight lifting during the week. On the weekends, he is sure to be hosting a dinner party with friends or out dancing.
Sandy handles all services and requests for our ITA member companies. Some of these services include scheduling member companies for ITA Spotlight and posting jobs to the ITA Talent Board. She also oversees the membership process. Prior to joining the ITA, Sandy worked in the publishing industry for nearly 9 years, and she previously worked for a professional sports and entertainment company. Sandy enjoys running, reading and spending time with her two daughters and husband.
A Chicago native and Harry Potter enthusiast, Jessica engages and empowers the ITA member base as the most forward-facing representative of ITA. With a double-major in sociology and psychology and a background in social work, Jessica brings her care, compassion and understanding of the human condition to her endeavors. Her strong communication skills propel ITA's engagement efforts and collaborations across the tech community. Day in and day out she is consistently meeting with members and attending events demonstrating her support and exceeding the needs of the ITA network. A wino at heart, she is often found socializing with friends at eateries and her humble abode with a glass of wine in tow. She dreams of owning a dog, eating mozzarella sticks and spending the weekends at her family's lake house.
As part of the Programs and Events team, Kaylin spends most of her time plotting and planning different events for ITA members and members of the tech community, including educational programs, workshops and leadership dinners. Harnessing her background in marketing and degree in English, she has a tremendous passion for organization and event planning. Her devotion ensures every aspect of an event is planned for and perfect. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Kaylin enjoys discovering new dessert recipes, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Jessica spends most of her day managing programs and events for our members and the greater tech community. In addition to planning signature ITA events, she channels her passion by focusing on ITA’s Student Membership Programs and Women Influence Chicago initiatives. She has a degree in Business Management and Administration with concentrations in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. Jessica considers herself a foodie and is a “lives to eat versus eats to live” type of person. Growing up, Cher from Clueless was her role model, so it’s no surprise that she strives always to be the “hostess with the mostest.” In her spare time, you can find her getting lost in a good book or planning her next travel destination.
